Our unique four-part estate planning process in California ensures that you are guided through each step of the process with complete confidence that your needs are met while making it as easy as possible for you.

The three main purposes of Estate Planning are:

  1. Ensuring and protecting your legacy through efficient transfer of wealth;

  2. Protecting your health and financial well-being during your lifetime, including the ability to age with dignity;

  3. Mitigating any tax burden and liability on your estate and family after your passing.

The purpose of Estate Planning has two phases: during your lifetime and after your death. A proper estate plan takes both into consideration.

During your lifetime, an Estate Plan consisting of powers of attorney and advance health care directives ensures efficient management of your finances and expression of your medical decisions should you become incapacitated or otherwise unable to make your own decisions.

As death is an inevitable part of life, your estate plan is prepared with the focus of assisting in a seamless transition of wealth in a cost-effective and pain-free process. Without proper estate planning, families are left facing the turmoil and expenses of the Probate Court proceedings.
